How long does shipping take?

We carefully prepare your order and entrust it to the courier within 24 working hours.
Delivery generally takes 24–72 business hours, depending on the destination.
You will always receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over €35 or when purchasing 2 products.
For smaller amounts, the cost is automatically calculated at checkout, before payment.

Cash on delivery
For customers in Italy, the Cash on Delivery service is available, with a €6 commission.
Payment is made in cash upon delivery.
Cash on delivery + FREE delivery for orders over €45
In case of failure to collect or refusal of the package, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

We use certified payment platforms such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and credit cards , which guarantee secure and encrypted transactions.

Can I choose a collection point?

After completing your purchase, you can choose your pickup location or change your delivery address before shipping.

GLS Point: collection within the timeframe indicated by GLS.

Failure to collect: possible return to sender with costs (storage/return) applied by the courier.

Returns and refunds: what do I need to know?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days .

Some items are non-returnable (personal care products, promotional items, and gift cards).

To initiate a return request or for more information, contact our customer service.

In accordance with EU regulations, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
