Add a little water and a few drops of essential oil (or granules) to the bowl of the oil burner. Place a tea light in the bottom of the burner. After a few minutes, when the burner is hot, it will begin to diffuse the scent into the room. Always make sure there is enough water in the burner's saucer. If you're using waxes, don't add water to the bowl.
