Suggested ritual use

- Apply to wrists, heart or shoulders to promote calm and relaxation

- Light massage on the neck and shoulders to release accumulated tension

- It can also be used in an essence burner or diffuser to create a delicate and enveloping atmosphere (lighter aroma than pure oils).
It is recommended to use 6–10 drops in the diffuser or 5–8 drops in the oil burner, depending on the desired intensity.
