A suggested ritual

1. Apply a small amount to your wrists, behind your ears, or on your chest.
2. Breathe deeply for 3–5 cycles of slow, conscious breathing.

On the back of the hand, in the soft space between the thumb and forefinger.
How to use it
Apply the roll-on to the point and massage slowly with firm but comfortable pressure for about 30–60 seconds, breathing deeply.
Main function: Help release tension, discharge excess and let go of pressure.
