A suggested ritual

1. Apply a small amount to your wrists, behind your ears, or on your temples.
2. Breathe deeply for 3–5 cycles of slow, conscious breathing.
3. Anmian — point of deep calm:
Where is it located?
In a small indentation just behind the ear, just above the base of the skull.
How to use it
Apply the roll-on to the Anmian point.
Using your fingertip, apply slow, circular pressure for about 30–60 seconds.
Breathe deeply as you massage the point.
Main function: prepare for rest and slow down the nervous system.
