Suggested Ritual
Ananda Tip: In the evening, at least an hour before bed — let the lavender do its work. Turn off the screen, light a candle. This bath is the transition between day and night. Treat yourself to it every evening you can.
In the bathtub: Dissolve 2-3 tablespoons in warm water. Immerse yourself for 15-20 minutes. Let the lavender flowers float around you. Breathe slowly, let go of every thought.
Without a bathtub: Apply the damp salts to your body in the shower with slow, circular movements — this is not a quick moment. Rinse and feel the difference in your skin and breath.
