How to use the ritual

At the beginning of the evening
Light the candle, the essential oil in an oil burner, or the incense stick (or alternate them on different days).
Let light and scent transform the atmosphere of the room into a softer, calmer and quieter space.

Breathe slowly for a few moments as your body begins to slow down.

While bathing or showering (optional but recommended)
Add bath salt to warm water and take a few minutes to melt away tension in your body.
Add a few drops of essential oil to the bath and feel your body relax on its own.

Once in bed

1. Apply the roll-on to your wrists, behind your ears, or on your temples.

1. Breathe slowly for 3–5 cycles of deep, conscious breathing.

Deep Calm Point (optional — Anmian)
Apply the roll-on behind the ear, at the base of the skull, and massage in small circular motions for about 30–60 seconds.
