Suggested ritual use

- It can be used in a diffuser or essence burner to create a floral, warm and enveloping atmosphere that promotes relaxation and emotional openness.
Recommended quantity:
Ultrasonic diffuser: 2–3 drops in water (depending on the desired intensity)
Essence burner: 1–2 drops in the bowl with water

(In case of anxiety or emotional sensitivity, a low dosage and short diffusion are recommended)

- Aromatic inhalation: Let yourself be enveloped by the scent diffused in the air or apply 1 drop to a handkerchief, inhale slowly and accompany your breathing, bringing your attention to your heart and the sensations of your body.

- It can be used as a base for creating custom ritual blends. For skin applications, always use the essential oil diluted in a vegetable carrier oil (such as sweet almond oil or jojoba oil).

- Can be used neat in our diffuser collars, diffuser bracelets or car diffusers: apply just 1 drop to the holder and wear or use for gentle, gradual diffusion.
Intense essence: moderate use is recommended.
